Cancellation by Braincoat:
There may be instances where Braincoat is unable to process and accept a purchase order, resulting in cancellation. Braincoat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of the course or services.
- Errors or inaccuracies in pricing or course information.
- Issues identified by BrainCoat’s credit or fraud prevention team.
- Insufficient verification or incomplete information provided by the user.
Braincoat will notify you if your order, or any part of it, is cancelled or if additional information is required to process the order.
Cancellation by the User:
Requests for cancellations made by users will be considered at BrainCoat’s sole discretion. Orders that have already been processed or accessed are not eligible for cancellation. BrainCoat reserves the exclusive right to determine the processing status of any order and will notify you of the decision. Users agree to abide by BrainCoat’s decision and will not dispute the outcome regarding order cancellations.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our services, BrainCoat operates a strict no-refund policy once a course or service has been purchased. Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstance.
